Join us in 2024 for our Awards Evening to celebrate our athletes achievements for this year!
Special guests Madi Browne and Blake Edwards will be joining us to share their experiences as elite athletes.
Madi Browne is a former elite Netballer with a combined 239 appearances representing Australia, Melbourne, West Coast Fever, and Collingwood. She has an incredible achievements list as an athlete
including winning the:

Liz Ellis Diamond award on 2 occasions
Australian International Player of the Year on 2 occasions
Best New Talent and Rookie of the Year
Australian U/21 Player of the Year
~ U/21 World Championships
~ West Coast Fever MVP
~ Constellation Cup Titles on 4 occasions
~ ANZ Championship Player of the Year
~ Melbourne Vixens MVP on 2 occasions
~ ANZ Championship All Star Wing Attack on 2 occasions
~ Commonwealth Games Gold Medal
~ Melbourne Vixen Premiership
~ ANZ Championship MVP
~ Commonwealth Games Silver Medal

Blake Edwards began playing water polo at age 12 because of his father, former Aussie Shark Robert Edwards. In 2009, a fresh-faced Blake made his junior international debut at the FINA World Junior Championships. By the time he had turned 18 in 2010, Blake made his senior debut for the Aussie Sharks.

Major achievements include the following:

2024 Australian Waterpolo League champions
2022 Australian Waterpolo League All Star Team
Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games
2020 World League Intercontinental Cup - Highest Goal Scorer
3x NCAA All-Tournament First Team (USA)
2019 FINA World League Super Final bronze medalist
2018 FINA World Cup silver medalist
2016 Peter J Cutino Award finalist (USA)
2015 World University Games seventh place
2014 FINA World Cup fifth place
2013 World University Games seventh place
2009 FINA World Junior Championships seventh place
2010 FINA Junior World Championships
