It is the intention of the Barwon Sports Academy to have a working board where the expertise of the members is utilised within the operations of the academy. Therefore the board members are involved in the Strategic planning for the next 5 years and have allocated areas of support that they offer the CEO and staff.
Board members will be updated on the happening within their BSA Partner sport Advisory role and be available for the CEO to liaise with in decision making and negotiations towards best practice. Board members will make themselves available (with the context of their own jobs) to assist and provide advice/guidance within their area of expertise.
